You can try saving jpg at the maximum quality which is 12. Or you can submit a higher resolution image but limit the viewing size on DA... and I really like Yuna

oh that's simple. instead of saving as a jpg, save as a png. it is slightly larger than a jpg but is far smaller than a psd or tiff. just try it.
