Love that smoke effect...nice that you desaturated him, but go all the way and just make him black-and-white, the small bit of blue throws it off a bit - make the reds and oranges stand out more too...I like the direction you're going, and the text and focus look great, just take it all that one step further and it'll look that much better...well done though
