I'm betting on Chun-Li! Just because Xiaoyu is younger, cute, has basic yet innocent personality, with a lot of moves (A basic for the 3D fighting games) doesn't mean it guarantee a default win against Chun!

Since there's been a couple of commenters voicing the contrary, I'll go ahead and find a sign or something to hold up so I can cheer and root for Xiaoyu as a fan. To me, she's more appealing a character than the typical boring bishounen character (which apparently inhabits half the roster of any given fighting game).
As for the artwork itself, I'm not completely clicking with the style for some reason, but it is pretty cute! And regardless of my taste, I do notice much effort and quality has been put into it. Therefore, great work.
