Background: Misaki was born to her mother Kaede(Surname Unknown) who died after giving birth, and was abandoned by her biological father who's whereabouts are presently unknown. She was taken in by what is referred to the "The Federation" and raised as a professional assassin. "The Federation" adopts orphans and raises them as pawns to assist their government domination plans, one being assassins that kill threats(Presidents, CEO's, and other officials.)
When she was 10, she killed her first victim. Around the age of 12, a rumor of a 'red-eyed demon' was in the country.
