Rocksteady has a Black glass cover so his/her Optics glow through and he/she has neon lighting inside his/her mouth.
...I'm getting to the point of just calling it a he as a neuter word....

yeah, the weird thing about Animated style is that the squarer
lookin and the more simple the more it looks like the style.
