Van is usually the person to watch for cops and stuff and warn the others if someone is approaching. He just follows Lana around, because he doesn't have anything better to do. He usually doesn't commit crimes, but sometimes he will to try to impress Lana's friends. Lana is like his little sister. He checks his horoscope often and is superstitious.
