many thanks, using the layer above and sample all layers certainly does mimic the way Painter works, though maybe not so expertly

Blenders save a lot of time - they should be included in primal version of ps....... It is sad, that they don't think about people that paint digitaly. heh ;]

I'm really happy that in
CS4 brush movement is finally smooth - i work with small tablet and it helps a lot... But this version of ps runs really slow on my PC so i still work in old ps cs ;]
