Well, here she is! The new mascot to the name 'Pegasski'. I'm not sure why I insist on having a mascot, and I have enough OC's already, but Ruffian? Well look at her, she's pretty awesome.
Of course, I can't take all the credit. Her mane and tail was designed by the amazing EchoJinx47 . Thanks again! I haven't stopped doing stuff with her since.

There's going to be a lot of her come the new year. I'm not at all good at decorating my page in a nice way, but I'm working on little pixel Ruffys to scatter all over it.
