My fan made Kaiju character in a new version, Raptorsaurus !

NAME: Raptorsaurus

BACKSTORY/BIO: There was an incident in Monster Island, and word of the gigantic fire began to spread all across the headquarters there and all over Tokyo. GDF Forces were sent out to examine the area of the fire, which had later died. They arrived in the charred black area, with yet still standing trees that were blackened and were naked without their surrounding leaves. They jumped down from the helicopter and proceeded with caution into the charred lands. As they went deeper into the scene of the incident, a wild shriek-like roar pierced the air, and rang in the mens' ears. They had no choice but to cover their ears when they heard the sound again, but a booming, shockwave-like noise, enough to shatter glass. Sure enough, they heard a crash as the windows of the helicopter shattered to pieces from the high-frequency roar! Then, there was just an ominous and eerie echo of the terrible screech, and the men removed their hands from their ears. What followed seconds later was an earthquake. No, not an earthquake, but footsteps. Gigantic footsteps. They wondered if Godzilla had caused the massive fire, now that they heard his footsteps. As they were turning back to report that the cause of the incident had been Godzilla all along, the rhythm of the footsteps changed. It became faster, as if Godzilla was running. The men slowly turned around. Suddenly, the running got even faster and they could hear trees toppling to the ground, run over by something. Whatever it was, it certainly was NOT Godzilla. Suddenly, a large, dark shape appeared in front of them, slowly growing in size and becoming clearer as it approached them! Screaming out loud, the men quickly turned around and fled, quickly hopping back into the helicopter and commanding the pilot to get them out of there! The shriek-like roar sounded again just as the engines of the helicopter started. Just as the monster burst into their area, finally showing itself, the helicopter took off, levitating as fast as it could into the air! It ran past the area, but not without trying to take out the 'copter first. There was a flash of sharp teeth as the monster tried to grab the helicopter in its jaws, but it missed. It ran away before the men could even catch a glimpse of it! However, as the helicopter turned tail and flew towards the HQ, the monster stormed back into the clearing, hissing and growling as it turned its golden-yellow eyes towards the helicopter. Open-mouthed and wide-eyed, the men caught their first glimpse at the monster who was the true cause of the fire. It had the build of a raptor, but the size was most definitely not raptor size. Roughly smaller than Godzilla, the men guessed that the monster had somehow stayed dormant for millions of years {very similar to Titanosaurus} and was an actual raptor. It's possible that it was exposed to radioactivity, like Godzilla, and mutated it into a giant raptor monster! Suddenly, a pair of brightly colorful wings unfolded themselves from its back, and it raised them towards the sky! It looked up and roared its shriek-like roar, and while it did, it unleashed a small tongue of flame! It ended its roar as the flame died. It flapped its wings and took off into the skies! The men could only pray for mercy... but miraculously, the monster ignored them! They were quick to refer it as Raptorsaurus, and they considered it male. They arrived at HQ and told everything that had happened...

POWERS/ABILITIES:
-Is very agile and quick
-Claws are good enough to grab and hold objects, but for a short time
-Can spit fire from mouth
-Can unleash a high-frequency shockwave-like roar that is mainly used for stunning opponents and letting others know that he's around
-Flight
