Description I don't like it. She is too dark. Her hair are disgusting. They look like they are stuck in runoff. Not my favourite.

She is not too dark. If you don't mind me saying, your other work is not dark enough. This is a lot more realistic.
One other thing, just make sure her pupils are round and right in the centre of her eyes.

I like it -
*She isnt too dark - you could say the light was darker
*The hair is not perfect - but you can definately improve it.
* The proportions of the face are good
*The shading is good
*I love how at whatever angle you look at it - it looks like you are always making eye contact.
