Description Amber lake: A large crystal water lake in the middle of Cinderoot forest. Some say a secret fortress of aquatic elves dwell impatiently below its surface.

Aquarine Empire: The underwater city of Aquatic elves that rule the waters of the north. There empire extends through the Aquarine glacier and into Cairbern.
Common species: Elves, Mermaids, Sirine

Aquarine Outpost: The front line strong hold of the Aquarine empire. It is welcoming to most travelers though it can be inhospitable to suspicious beings.
Common species: Elves, Halflings, Humans

Ashwood empire: The mountain realm of the Fire elf city and mines. The Ashwood empire has the most extensive mining operation in Cairbern.
Common species: Cerebus, Elves, Halflings, Harpies,

Ashwood outpost: The front line fortress of the Ashwood empire. It is extremely unsafe for outsiders to visit without proper authorization.
Common species: Elves, Halflings, Rocs

Blackbear tribe: One of the toughest barbarians tribes of Cairbern. They are hunters and gatherers by nature but still tough enough to push back anyone they don't want around.
Common species: Humans, Wargs

Brass Root port: The largest port in Cairbern. It acts as a major lumber and hunting source, as well as the first stop for travelers to Cairbern.
Common species: Humans, Halflings, Lycans

Broken Land battlefield: The ruins of towns and forests in the burnt heart of Cairbern. Anarchy and warfare run the remains of these hills.
Common species: Crimson fog, Harpies, Trolls, Wargs, Undead

Cinderoot village: The only friendly settlement of Fire elves in the Ashwood empire. They freely trade the goods of the empire to outsiders.
Common species: Dryads, Elves, Halflings, Rocs, Satyr

Glaven village: The home of all free living gnomes in Cairbern. They have a variety of trades to offer travelers and are welcoming to any civilized species.
Common species: Banshee, Griffons, Halflings, Humans

Hailbern mountain caves: A network of caverns and tunnels that honeycomb the mountain and burrow deep into earth. It was once a place of power and worshiped as a gateway to other planes.
Common species: Frost giants, Griffons, Ice worms, Wargs, Yeti

Heroes isle: The ancestral buriel grounds of the barbarians in Cairbern. It is now a center for undead and darkness from all the corruption of bloodthirsty kings in its soil.
Common species: Banshee, Crimson fog, Shadows, Undead

Hollow mountain: The closest thing to a peaceful kingdom of Frost giants. This peace has a lot to do with the backing powers of the Aquarine empire and Snowtop cove.
Common species: Giants, Griffons, Rocs, Yeti

Riverdell dam: A life choking structure built by the Ashwood empire. It is not wise to enter this stronghold without authorization, but the water here is worthwhile.
Common species: Cerebus, Elves, Halflings

Shamen's grotto: A sacred and dangerous place of power. Ancient barbarian tribes used to congregate here in a time when Cairbern was young and at peace.
Common Species: Banshee, Fairies, Satyr, Unicorn, Yeti

Snow Top cove: The only beacon of civilization in northern Cairbern. A city of ice that survives through its trade and peace between the Frost giants and Aquatic elves.
Common species: Humans, Halflings, Elves, Giants

Stonetooth tribe: The meanest barbarians of Cairbern. They have the weapons to back up there reputation for standing up to even the two warring elven empires.
Common species: Humans, Lycans

West Haven: A fortress that keeps the lower settlements safe from the warfare up north.
