To me it looks complete, and besides, the colors are magnificent. One of these things that could be looked at for pretty long time :)

Wonderful! I love that colour and it's a very nice looking Gryphon too. If you want an idea then maybe you could make the feathers seem slightly metallic, like how peacocks feathers shine. I think it would look nice on this Gryphon

Yes, I do think that's the problem here. There's not enough different colours. I might try and revisit it when I get the chance.

That's great! Though I'll have to think about something missing..... possibly a few spots of some varied colors? Maybe a few indigos here and turquoise there. I dunno. I really have no sense of color lol. I'll look at it some more tomorrow, then I'll think of some more additions.

Hmmmmmm..... Even though it is missing something, I can't quite think of anything at the top of my head right now. What type of griffon is it? Maybe that could help me think of stuff.

I don't think it's a specific type of griffin, I just drew it
If it helps I used a falcon for the head reference, and a cheetah for the legs.
