It's a little choppy here and there but it's ok ^.^ Also I think you should of used a thicker weight on the line for the eyes.

Yeah I've been doing some smoothing out here and there. The reason I did the eyes so lightly though is I want the lines to blend in with the colours Tank's working on instead of sticking out.

aahhh... well i dunno if the option is in Gimp but in photoshop you can preserve the transparency of a layer like a layer that is only the lines.. if you do that then you can mess aroudn with the line colors without messing up anything so you can fine tune some colors in the lines to work with the color palete you are using ^.^

I don't actually thing Gimp has an option for that. There might be, I'll have to look into it.

It's a layer option called " Preserve Transparency" or maybe something similar... i never use gimp but it might have it.
