Here's a picture idea I actually had this in mind months ago when I was looking at the Japanese cast of the Spider-Man game Insomniac released, but I didn't had the motivation to do so, plus I wasn't into the Dragon Ball franchise at the time.
So you know that Baikinman from "Anpanman" is voiced by Ryūsei Nakao. He is also known for voicing in the Japanese dubs of Frieza from the Dragon Ball series and Scorpion from the Spider-Man game Insomniac made for the PS4. And I can't stop thinking if Baikinman dressed up as those bad guys. XD
