So a while ago, I asked Mark Risley about why they made Mr. Funny not speaking, and stated that Kate Boutilier didn't want to clash with Mr. Scatterbrain, so they went with the Harpo Marx approach. Some of my later friends didn't like this change, particularly Kiki. Though in retrospect, I think it's probably a good choice they didn't made him speak. Plus, I started to like the Marx Bros after that. I mean, yeah, there are a few shows I watched that were inspired by them, but Mr. Funny was what made me appreciate them more.So after watching a 90's episode where Mr. Funny met his idol Chuckles, I thought on doing this.
