As you can see, trying to avoid homework can have some very good results. I'm so pleased with this one!
Here, have yet another OC that I designed randomly just because
Rain is a generally quiet and peaceful mare. Although she tends to take the backseat on most decisions, when she feels strongly about something she will make it known and fight for her ideas. Her talent came to light when she was a teenager and realised she had a sort of 'inner magic' that allowed her to fabricate water from nothing, despite being an earthpony. As it took her so long to find her talent, the constant bullying gave her a bit of a dark side, now long-forgotten. When she uses her magic, her cutie mark glows strongly and her eyes become a little brighter, shining blue and a little royal purple.

EDIT: thought her colour scheme was possibly a little drab, added a lilac hue to her legs and back (based off thunder clouds)
