Description
After gaining access to God Ki and ascending beyond a Super Saiyan God and achieving the next level with the Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (or Super Saiyan Blue) transformation, Cara as well as Goken once again travel back to Beerus' planet to be trained by Whis again in order to ascending beyond a Super Saiyan Blue and reach a new state of power. In order for the couple to get stronger and reach a new level, they must train. Part of their training requires hours upon hours of meditation. It helps strengthen the mind and it also allows the person to focus on ki regulation.Whis: You've two have became a lot stronger since the last time you were here. I think it's time to start your meditating sessions again. This time you're both going to be focusing unlocking your potential within yourselves and focus on unlocking all parts of your mind. Ever part of your mind must be unbound and not a single dark corner be overlooked.
Goken: Understood. We shall start meditating soon. Are you ready hun?
