Having chosen to include the shore I think the slow exposure was a good choice for this shot because it attracts more interest to the rocks poking out of the water. You've brought out the colours of the debris nicely.
In my opinion you possibly could have cropped out the bottom half altogether and concentrated the frame on the hazy lands across the water and the sky above. I love the subtleness of tones - they're very relaxing.

This is kind of what I referred to in one of my other comments. Other than he veiw the only think slightly remarkable about this shot is the shutter speed. Unfortauntely not much else really works in my opinion. In particular I dont really like the colours on display. I think, had you found a stong foreground focal point, this shot could have really worked however, but as it stand the foreground is a little messy. I dont like grass on my beaches!
