Hello Mr. Peter Pawn, I found out about your art through N.Smith. He Provides excellent work as well.

I would like to ask you may I use this as a tattoo. If the answer is YES I was going to get the tattoo artist to just work on the wings.

I am a health science major who is into graphic designs, I look forward to one day applying graphic art to bioengineering ideas.

The answer is yes.  I only ask that you post the finished work on your deviant ART gallery and give me credit for the original artwork.  That way I can see the finished work and add it to my collections as well.  I'm anxious to see the result.
