Just like any other family Friday nights were a little bit special, Evelyn and Fae would both come home exhausted but enthused as they finished the working week and were ready for some much needed peace, quiet and bonding time.

Friday nights were the one night when just about anything would go as we unwound and caught up with each other from the often distancing pursuits that filled our time and slowly teased us apart during the week. There was only ever one rule on Friday night and that sole stipulation was that there were no distractions, no tv, no phones or anything else.

Truthfully we never needed much to provide any form of entertainment as Evelyn and Fae would quite often provide more than enough of that for all of us, a charged up Fae was often quite happy to make the most of Evelyn's abnormally tickly stomach and Evelyn's wailing cries of laughter would fill the entire house with the ambience of friendship and love that made our Friday nights so very special.
