Ups n downs in life have beat me down. Bad heart due to a virus...ugh. Arthritis setting in these 56 year old bones...lol. my cardiologists are puzzled how I'm still alive....stay positive and discard all negativity in your life. If that means dropping unredeemable family members, then make it so. That's a start. ; )
