Wow, so it's been like, eons, since I drew in my own style. Since the internship I've been just drawing in Jonny Quest style. XDDIt actually was a small challenge to get this picture to come out how it did-- I think I will need to start doing a drawing in my style (at least a sketch) once a day to keep myself from getting rusty. @__@;;

...and perhaps I'm losing my mind (because the last statement didn't solidify that), but Spheira has really dainty feet. Screw girly arms, the boy should be walking around in a Payless Shoes ad... or Old Navy, but the mannequins might try to bite him.

And at that, he doesn't quiiiiite look like how you've drawn him before. I can't put my finger on it, but the difference is there.
It'd be interesting to see Spheira in full-on Johnny Quest style, actually. Possibly also hilarious.

I'm so used to more realistic prportions lately auggghhhh-- though I'm about to scan some drawings I did today and they are more back in my style, minus the Abyss one. XD

Well, more realistic proportions can't hurt, really. This might be one of those phases where another style changes your own.

so cool. Man, I've drawn him so much since coming to yellowstone, but I still have so much left of that sketch book.
and YES you should try drawing for yourself once a day! I know you must be busy and you draw so much at your internship that your brain is close to being fried, but during my first two weeks here, I worked from 8-5 doing really physical work that was more than frusterating and I didn't get a single day off until after working for 12 days straight, and god, I did not want to draw, let me tell you, and the four hours inbetween 5-9(which is when I went to sleep), I felt like there wasn't enough time to relax enough to feel comfortable and mentally ready enough to draw. But I forced myself so that I wouldn't get into any kind of rut. I'm pretty happy I did, I feel I've gained something from drawing so much the past few weeks and I always felt that way during school when I filled five or more pages a day(pretty much).
I dunno, that's just me, I guess... Just felt like sayin' it.

Well, I have things to say! and normally I could just tell you to your face but I'm too far away to do so and I would say that in aim, but can I? NOoooooo! Because life in Yellystone is so primitive that I can't properly talk to my friends. Half the texts I've sent don't even send sometimes! :<

Yeah, I sent you and em those "letters" because the day was being crappy after having my back spasm at work, and I wanted to draw some sweet(as in sugar), things. Tho' I'm not sure princess-hero-jenna is technically as sweet as witch Shu and familiar Takato.

I was in PAIN, I couldn't straighten out my back. It was pathetic XD don't worry, next time you receive that kind of envelope from me again it will be more of a...well, it'll be better than that last one. <3
