His superhero name is actually Colossus.
She gained demonic powers and characteristics when she defeated the arch-demon Belasco (after he had pulled her into his demonic realm/dimension and imprisoned her there for several years) and became the ruler of his dimension.

That's right, it was Colossus. Thanks for reminding me. Last time I heard the name Belasco was from an English horror film called 'Legend of Hell House'. One of the best horror stories as it dealt more with a perceived evil than actually having it pop up through out the film. Only at the end was the mystery solved.
