some of our horses had sensitive mouths , and we switched them to bitless , and they are awesome to ride now , maybe try that with him

Yeah, he's the one with the sensitive mouth, so sensitive, he rears if you pull back too hard, well he used to, I've been working with him alot, and he hasn't reared again. I do want to try a bitless with him, but with my crazy schedule, I havn't had time to get him one. right now he's in the softest bit his owner has, a light little snaffle bit, and he's doing alright with it, I'd prefer a bitless with him though.

yeah , maybe he s just not liking the bit .
i would recommend it . even if you have a hackamore sitting around , or something similar to that , i think you would prabobly see alot of improvement with him .
