Description
Should have been a sketch dump, but since this is conceptual artwork after all that deserves to be categorized, I've put it up into my real gallery.

Now, to all the people who are still "sorta" active about The Secret Saturdays... I guess I'm not really joking about doing something about tss in the future back last year, if anyone remembers the stuff with a school setting and whatever.

I've picked up the project again, and I've been working a bit more at it, with more details and better artwork, obviously. Now prepare to get a whole load of stuff I've been thinking about when I was working on these:

Zak Saturday: Age 15-16:
- Obviously, he's grown up a lot (lol)
- Now powerless, the Claw is virtually useless to him now.
- Zak really doesn't want anything to do with Kur, so he decides for a different weapon. Now just jostling with ideas, I just got bored and drew a naginata (a blade on a stick). It will probably be changed, but I only did that because it fit the same qualities as his claw (minus the blade)
- Once again, he's become the president of his school's cryptid club.
- Small expressions for Zak (plain, angry, Kur power activated)
- And his parents! They don't look a day older!
Francis being hot again. I'm trying to really stick to the original concept, and not try to make him look like Ishida Uryuu. Ulraj, if you can't tell, sitting right underneath Francis. Ulraj reminds me of Spain from Hetalia
Wadi again.. working on drawing folds of cloth and her face was drawn over smudgy paper, so I had to clean it all up in photoshop
I originally felt like bullshitting the concept of two extra characters, and went for cross-overs, but then I searched the show again, and found two minor characters who were at least around Zak's age
Vladimir Nonkin (srry, just got a last name suggestion cuz he didn't have a given last name)
- he only shows up in the comics, apparently. Just believing that he was in contact with Zak somehow, he'd be asked to attend Zak's school or something of the like
- he likes cameras and practiced English through Weird World. My take on him is that he's gotten better at English, and he's an avid photographer
- One of the nicer guys around the block (by now, both Zak and Francis are manipulative bastards and Ulraj is a casanova), supposedly, Zak was just that much of a meanie to convince his parents to send him to Japan for high school (Vlad: ZAK YOU EFFIN' BASTARD!!!)
- with some good logic (the only sane man in the series to come)
- Unless it's about cameras... just don't do anything to his camera... he's got a butter knife in his coat pocket
- Now, I've never really read that comic with Vlad in it, so anyone who did, please say so.
Tica (haven't given her a last name)
- She showed up in the eye-stealing monkey episode
- apparently from Costa Rica (correct me if I'm wrong)
- I really don't know how to characterize her. Help. Please.
retooled the uniforms again. Made them fancier. And I got rid of the wristband thing... I don't think they're necessary. Not like the cryptid club is a disciplinary committee or something.

Anyways, as you can see, there are so many things that are left open. Anyone who's still active about TSS and want to help me build on this a bit, I'd be welcome to anything. ^^
