Description Yeah I got on a little Steampunk kick after getting home for the summer. Granted, this isn't VERY steampunky, but its more than I usually do.
I am very very happy with how this one turned out and I thank my color class this semester.
Heather wants the jacket.

And thats all... I think.
OH! The gun is supposed to be a cross between an English flintlock Blunderbuss and a revolver. How did I do?

Steampunk is a genre based on time periods and technology~ Think like Sky Captian and the World of Tomarrow, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, The Time Machine, etc. Basically where the technology in the story exeeds the time period it is set it...basically...

Well, I'm not well versed in drawing machinery so it could certainly look a little confusing... I dont usually do steampunk since all that is difficult to draw...which is why I should draw it more... sigh.

Thank you. Yes, it was colored digitally. I use a hard, low opacity brush when I paint, not a soft brush; it forces me to blend the colors in a more natural way since I have to give each one my attention. ...takes a long time though...
