Decided to do a fairly quick painting of X, since the MMX Legacy Collection came out not too long ago!Related content

I love this picture! There's many different shades of blues on X's armor that really makes it seem like there's light glinting off it! His buster charging up looks almost ethereal.
However, the way the fire is placed makes it look like it is his knee is on fire. From what I can see, it seems to be a piece of flaming wreckage or an ember in front of X. The way it is drawn, however, makes it look like fire just hanging in the air.
I really love the background. It seems to be taking place in a forested area, with additional signs of technology judging by the pipes and floor. It's just a perfect blend of nature and tech the series has always touched on!
