Noooo! You have to go back and redo that, then--if you play the game without sparing anyone it ruins the ending permanently. Like, it saves OVER the ending because none of the characters trust you anymore. You're supposed to dodge everyone's attacks during battle and try to talk it out. And even if Papyrus beats you, he puts you in a shed with dog food and a dog bed and gets worried sick when you leave. Seriously, redo it before you get to the end and it's too late!
