I'll be totally honest. This isn't great.

The super wispy blonde hair all over the place would be terrible if you were trying to shoot or even keep a clear field of vision, especially if it was the least bit windy. If she actually had a clue about what she was doing, it'd all be up in a bun, or cut short and shoved up into a beanie. She's also snow white; the dark clothing and everything isn't going to help much if her head is a floating target indicator. She'd probably want to have her face painted up. Arms too, if she wanted to go sleeves up for some strange reason. That hair, though. Anyone who managed to get close wouldn't have to go for an arm bar takedown or anything; they'd just have to grab those braids and deglove half her head for her. No protective eyewear or headgear, either, or anything to cover her face. This is a huge thing for two reason. One, if an explosive goes off anywhere near her, she'd be looking at massive flash burns across her face with nothing in the way, and anyone could clearly see who she is and identify her later.

No kind of communications equipment or anything, either. That may or may not be an issue, though. Who's to say. It's also fairly obvious that she's wearing way too much makeup; any female soldier could tell you that's something to avoid anytime you're going to be sweating, on account of the stuff runs down into the eyes and burns like a mofo.

As far as her gear, the stuff appears to be worn pretty loosely, which would be fatiguing as all hell over more than a few minutes; the blouse seems to be a size too large for her, as well, which wouldn't exactly do someone any favors for mobility, especially if you're wearing a vest over it. In this case, though, it'd be worse on account of the vest's lacing isn't done up as tight as it should be to keep her gear from bouncing and slinging around. Doesn't seem like she's packing a sidearm, either. Not sure if that's a pistol mag on the rear open-top on her drop rig, but if it is, it doesn't have a weapon to go in.

Going down, the pants aren't bad, but the kneepads look too big for her, and she's wearing what appear to be fashion boots. I guess they'd be all right until she rolled her ankles 37 times.

The sideways crossover step thing in the last panel here doesn't help you sneak, either, it just makes you more likely to trip over your own feet while trying to sneak around. Toes forward. She looks like she's hunting for wabbits or something. The first two aren't too bad, except the strong side leg's cocked way too hard in the middle image, that just makes you rock and bob a lot.

It would have been cool to see this lady set up to look like an actual hardass who knew what she was doing. I can't criticize the subject herself, though, because it's probably not on her, but rather on the people responsible for dressing her up and directing the poses.
