I can imagine a scenario like this:
**Superman and Wondy are fighting Bizarro**
Superman: Bats, we need your help!
Batman: Clark, I'm dealing with something super important.
Wonder Woman: What could possibly be more important than saving the world!?
Batman: Simple. A new outfit exclusively for the League.
Superman and Wondy: .......what?

I think if we made the cape and cowl black and redesign the symbol to have the Rebirth bat-insignia instead, this outfit would be straight up perfect!

I chose Ultimate Batman as reference for the Dick Grayson Batman, but you'll have to ask Phil exactly what he chose to base this Batman off of. I let him design this one using only the guidelines that it needed to be lighter and be more public relations friendly for the Justice League.
And for what it's worth, I do love the designs that Wizard came up with for the Ultimate Justice League. They're a big influence on Earth-27.

First of all mad respect to you for doing something new with characters you obviously love, the love of the fans has kept many a franchise alive especially in their early days. Also how cool was Wizard, they were internet fanboys before the internet existed, they even had a send in your own fan art section, a custom action figures section and a price guide section, long before there was a deviantart or an ebay.

the Dark Knight is stepping outside his comfort zone now. no mobsters or mental cases with the League, just galactic conquerors and alien starfish. he might need to step it up a notch

You're probably thinking "we need to block this guy from ever commenting again". What I have to say is "WAIT!! I suppose you're wondering why the red icon. That's so bad guys can't see my heart bleed! This guy's (phil-cho) got the right idea! He chose the poker face!"
Love the design. Has a meld of Batman Incorporated, Batman: Earth One, and the classic Denny O'Neill, Neal Adams feel to it. Iconic, nostalgic, and modern all in one design. Bravo, I say. Bravo
