Ugh, I feel the same way. Sometimes certain visitors SCARE me (people with odd fetishes, people that have favs full of nothing but naked chics with colossally huge boobs, etc) and I always wonder how they ended up at my page.Β Β *I do take the advantage of the visitors widget*
Ones that scare me the most are the ones that visit often (often as multiple days out of every week) and don't do anything. No comment, noΒ , noΒ , no interactions what so ever, and I've never spoken to them.Β I canβt tell if theyβre coming by my page because they like my work or if itβs because they hate my work, or if I pissed them off somehowΒ (through artwork, comment, journal entry, or reply to someone's comment, etc).Β Β Makes me paranoid.Β

I am sure they like your work, and those visitors who are quite scary are probably...interested in your works since they enjoy some nice body in different art style, but I am just being slightly conservative of such comment. XP Regarding those people who visit and do nothing, I suppose it's just like having a window-shopping attitude, but it's better than nothing, I guess.Β

I hope that's the case. I just got really paranoid ever since I started being stalked by a troll/hater. That person kept on coming by my page multiple days out of every week, but never left any hate comments, so I figured she was visiting because she probably liked my work but it turned out that wasn't the case. She was stalking (and still does) because she hates me and my work (not like I did anything personal to her Β ). Ever since then I can't help but to think certain dA visitors might be the same as that troll; just makes me nervous.Β Β

Haha, oooh how true this is! Me personally, I will look through other people's favorites, click if I see a cool avatar, visit if they write nice comments, and occasionally use the random deviant button. There are truly many different ways to access people here. I looked at this stamp because I saw an ID on my friend's page that was made by an artist who had this stamp in her collection. Hehee!

Comments were important to me, but since I am not into any kind of artwork recently, it's just something that light up my day if it's good.
I am ok with most deviants, just not those with freaky fetishes or blinging page. =_=

Haha, page bling is hilarious. Freaky fetishes are definitely something that I've noticed a lot. I think the worst thing is having someone favorite a piece of my art in a collection with their fetishes. It makes me wonder what they see in it.
