In the Aptian of Niger, a Nigersaurus taqueti takes a drink by a delta, while an Elrhazosaurus nigeriensis simply moseys about. Hopefully the Sarcosuchuses aren't too hungry today...References:

Not really, it's likely that they were used for grazing on ferns, and its oddly positioned eyes would've scanned the perimeter for predators.
