Woohoo! A character from one of my other favourite game series. It's Nina Williams!

Phil': Any louder and Christie'll hear you.

Phil': I think you're forgetting the Power Girl incident ....

Anyways... I got to play Tekken 7 during Steam's Evo promo (will need to get it, hopefully in a definite package or similar). So obviously it meant I wanted to work with some of my favourite Tekken characters.

So... I felt Tekken 7 managed to introduce its new characters far better than DOA5U/LR. Tekken 7 has its main story mode but characters have their own side stories. These side stories condensed the old fighting game story into one fight: introduction, 'rival' fight, ending. And it works for me. All the new characters' presence had justification no matter how wacky their stories. And I didn't have a problem with Lucky Chloe (who seemed to be the most contentious character before release if memory serves).

Nina: I have no idea what you are blabbering on about. I was called here for an assignment by some young lady. Who's my target?

Phil: You're... an assassin?

Nina: Correct.

Phil: We've... already got a resident (would be) assassin.

Kurenai:

Nina: So I'm here to... what?

Phil: Look pretty for the camera?

Nina:  I've had worse assignments....
