Description
I liked the promotional art for the movie 300...so I did a painting of the same thing with a few changes:

- Instead of "Prepare for glory!"; "For freedom!"
- more block-like figures to make it appear more like a graphic novel and less like a movie
- 300 logo changed slightly; instead of a carmine/crimson outline, i gave it a shadow
- the cloaks of the Spartan hoplites were reddened - in the poster, they were rather brown

Completed with poster paint w/ drawing inks for the sky and cliffs, acrylic for all bloodsplatter, persian soldiers, spartan hoplites, lighting and logo (fixed with a whiteboard marker) and a lot of time and effort.

Better picture to come soon.
