It's going to be a pretty fair fight with the rules as follows.

Acceptable: All Fist strikes (Punches and backfists), Kicks, Knees, Elbows, Clinches (including strikes during clinches), Catching opponent's limbs, Trip/Sweeps/Throws, Chokes, and Shoulder/elbow submissions.

Unacceptable: Strikes to the back of the head, Headbutts, Groin Strikes, Eye rakes, Small joint (Finger/wrist/ankle) submissions.
