Description This 3ft x 4ft painting (part of the series of Animal Tails for the Color Blind) is based upon Virginia Woolf's "The Widow and the Parrot".

In short: When the house she has inherited from her miserly brother burns down, a widow from Yorkshire adopts a parrot which leads her to a hidden treasure

I love the warm and cool tones you put in your picture! Everything flows so nicely and it looks so soft and gentle. It's as if I touched it, it would feel like the soft feathers of a bird. =3
