A Deer Prince...Hazuki
Finished with the end result at last...wips can be seen in previous photos...
Took so many months (procrastination) to finish it. Supposed to be a quick sketch and what not..
Also, thanks to `neurotype for the critique and all. I couldn't fix everything completely but yea.. ._. Thanks for the critique. It helped a lot to get things corrected to an extent :'D

Pfft, you should know, I was done the whole thing and then afterwards I realized I forgot to complete doing the ears. 
His face was really rough before. And I kind of liked it. But then I liked this one as well D:

I need to learn more about colours. I actually couldn't decide whether to go with a soft palette or not D:

I just put colours together and see how it looks. Most often I have a clear idea of what the colours would be, and other times I just go with whatever it feels like would look okay

I had to do monochromatic stuff once and that was a good learning tool, too!
