Description Taken around April 16, I think...

These are the keys of a really old piano sitting in our living room (probably around 60, 70 years old?) alot of the keys are uneven/are off key (no pun intended XD ), and mom hates it...but I think it's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship.

And yes, the very small depth of field was entirely intentional, as was the overall darkness of the photograph...

Manual focus.

EDIT: Updated image, tweaked it to make it more appealing.

Awesome! I love to see the woodgrain on the keys. The keys on our piano are ivory (I'm sure it wasn't illegal at the time, though...). My mom would cherish that, I think she's spazz or something to see it, lol.

I like the focus a lot, and the lighting is eerie yet awesome.

I know! I love the wood...swirlie...thingies...
I think that that's what really makes the photograph.

I didn't know it was illegal to make pianos out of ivory...

Well, that's how they used to get ivory from poaching elephants
