My turn to use artificial light
We could only shoot in the evening so I blacked out my apt. and set up my Alien Bees. I have to upgrade to something with stronger modeling lights.
It was fun, still it reminded me of why I prefer natural light. Fewer things to trip over and what you see is what you get. I'd use tungsten, but the circuitry couldn't stand the strain for more than a few seconds

I've used Bowens for years, and they're a very reliable, hard wearing light with a good range of accessories. If you're shooting with them on location though, they are heavy to lug around.
