Love how your not even holding back on the gratuitous amounts of nudity in your Manga style interpretation of the franchise. Considering the franchise has gone beyond the children’s demo-graph and has appealed into a more mature audience, it makes sense that it translates so well into a more mature setting that fans can appreciate and not feel like their watching a mere kids show, and you’ve definitely succeeded in that here.

Unfortunately I'm pretty sure this can't be published in print without the permission of Hasbro, due to the usage of Hasbro copyrighted characters and locations. But people can print out their own copies and make a booklet or something.

They could have a disclaimer that is in no way endorsed, published, or disturbed by Hasbro. All characters are of the rights of Hasbro and its affiliates. This is work of fanfiction separated from Hasbro.
Also I think this might fall under fair use as the property is transformative for the sake of art. Otherwise there would be a lot of fan artist paying Hasbro for their work. Just to be on the safe side it would be best to talk to a Copyright and Intellectual Properties lawyer first.

A simple disclaimer isn't enough. Without direct permission from Hasbro, a printed and sold version of this would be subject to copyright. There's no way around it unless it was distributed for free in physical form.
And the only reason people can make money online with it is because they are data versions. And many times come from commission artists or donation sites. Though there are some artists who harge for single versions of their comics. But if Hasbro wanted to, they could shut down a lot of them. The person who posted Don't Mine At Night on youtube actually required direct permission from Hasbro before posting it. And the Princess Molestia artist was threatened with legal action by Hasbro if he didn't stop drawing her. There really is no way for this comic to be sold in printed form without Habro's consent and with royalties.
