I know this is two years old, but I like this style of Pokémon humans. I haven't played a Pokémon game since LeafGreen but have been following the series and I just think that the the style of the human characters have gone way off.
I like it how the B2W2 characters look younger, they have an eager kid look, instead of looking like overly serious kids, or looking like lanky, stupidly dressed skinny teenagers that look like regional stereotypes but are also bland.
anyway, I am commenting on this because I am looking for art of Pokémon humans in that Ken Sugimori style because I have an unfinished "draw character in different styles" fill-in template, and one of them is "Pokémon"
This is definitely a cute look, and a good choice of Dewott!
