Description
i am currently drawing a series of close-up body shots. i am doing them all on with white charcoal on black fabriano charcoal paper. each drawing is 9x12. when i'm done with all of them, im going to frame them and arrange them on my bedroom wall. i figured it would be an appropriate place for them to hang
took about two hours.
white charcoal pencil, blending stumps, kneaded eraser, chamois cloth for fading the edges

Very nice! I love how abstract it is. It's apparently a body... but when you space out, it changes into all sorts of things. On it's side, it almost looks like a squid. Well done.

It's an admirable piece, I find it quite hard to draw in white over coloured paper.
Great technique along with an excelent theme. And it's sexy, somehow...

you know, i thought it was going to be hard to draw with the white on black too. but once i started it, it wasn't all that much different than working graphite on white paper.
