Reasoning: (from the artist, GatoPhilia, with minor additions from me) "The base of the body its actually Tentacool's, while the angelic like wings were added thanks to Sigilyph in the design. However Sigilyph's presence can also be noticed in the ancient like markings in the mon's main body, while another visible trait of Sigilyph's and Tentacool combined gave the result of three orb like eyes. Finally, the division between the transparent fabric and the main head came from Sigilyph mouth like marking. Because of the Mod trait, they are highly based on the new angel enemy from the upcoming Super Smash Bros Ultimate game."
