Personality:  Richard is, as most people would put it, Ronnie’s opposite. In most cases, this is true. He’s straight forward, blunt and rude if he finds it necessary, and to top it off he’s sarcastic. He presents himself with a big ego – flaunting his studies and his intelligence like one of his best assets, but deep down he doesn’t really hold himself in that high of a pedestal (ie, he has pretty low self esteem). He’s an introvert and making friends, or even starting conversations, doesn’t come naturally to him. He can handle being approached, but he’ll most of the time avoid having to talk to anyone. If he’s given time, however, he’s proven to be very caring and kindhearted and actually very silly and. He’ll question your motives, maybe even question his own logic and sense of morality, but yeah he’ll totally help you egg your ex-boyfriend’s house, or take you on in Super Smash Bros, or even do questionable things with you in the Library’s broom closet, just so long as you can manage to convince him that you mean business and earn his respect.
History:  When they were born, the twins were left under the care of an older woman (a vileplume woman that always had the house filled with flowers) who raised them as her own two children. They were allowed to know that they were adopted, but they still affectionately called her their ‘granny’ and have fond memories of how she raised them. Despite the mystery of their abandonment always hanging over their heads, they lived a very decent childhood.
Granny passed away as the twins were finishing their high school years. This is when the twins decided to ‘branch out’ and take their own paths in life. Richard decided in going to college, even if he had absolutely no idea what he wanted to study. He settled for studying history since he enjoyed reading so much and for the moment has a job as a librarian. He’s unhappy knowing that he fell into the classic rut of ‘study, get a job, get paid, eventually get married, live happy’ and is currently trying to find a way out of it.
Richard, unlike Ronnie, is discontent with the fate of his parents and wishes to someday find out their identities. He had a rough argument with his brother about this and since their last heated conversation, the two haven’t been on very good terms. It’s been months since they’ve talked. But recently he’s given his brother a call and, without much of an explanation, has decided to move in back with him. They're…coping.

- Since moving in together, things have lightened up between him and his brother. They realized they truly missed being in each other's company and reminisced their 'good old days' of their childhood. They've realized the error of their ways when separating years ago, have apologized to one another, and even though Richard's moved out to live with his boyfriend, they stay close and in touch. Richard still comes over every now and again to clean up after him and Ronnie pays him visits.

- After the ball Richard realized a few important details about himself.
Sexual Orientation: finally admitted that he likes men. Congrats son, you are Bisexual.

Cedrick : Boyfriend, Head over heals over this guy. Currently he's concerned about Cedric being in the LE, but he has faith he'll quit someday. Every day he catches him leaving, he tries to convince him to stay so he doesn't wind up hurt. Richard usually compromises and lets his boyfriend do as he wishes, but he still has trouble finding sleep when worrying about him.
"Me?? With him?? Don't be ridiculous. I don't date handsome steel trash. I'm too classy for him anyhow. ..Heard that, Cedric? I'm too good for you~ <3"

Corey : Acquaintance???Somebody he used to know?? Question mark. Richard had a short affair with Corey back when he was still unhappy with his life and often drank his sorrows away. For the most part, he regretted sleeping with Corey because of his confusing sexuality, but also because he hated involving others in his mistakes. When he learned Corey actually had feelings for him he felt absolutely guilty and for now is just trying to find a way to make amends.

-"Hayato" Cain : Adoptive Son, At first Richard was a bit…skeptic about keeping a little ghost kid around the house and tending to his needs, but he soon warmed up to him and now considers him family. He doesn't mind the kid calling his 'mama' or whatever he pleases. He's the only person he's ever completely respectful and caring to, though he often worries about what he's up to and tends to be the 'nagging' parent.

Arzo : Acquaintance. She's Ronnie's girlfriend and therefore Richard tolerates her. For the most part, he thinks she's charming and honestly very pretty, but he's aware she's into…questionable activities concerning the gangs and that Ronnie and her are currently having trouble because of it, so he just keeps a watchful judging eye on her.
"In my opinion.. Ronnie should just break up with her and move on. He deserves better and…I know him. If he goes too deep and falls in love..he never comes back out the same when his heart is broken. …But, still.. it's not like I'm one to talk, right?"
