Wow! In addition to the amazing lineart, the coloring is really good too! I admire any from of comic work and I envy those who can color well like this too. :3 I really enjoyed the way you shaded the monster as well.

I just think your BG could be a little cleaner. the colors on Lady Death are alright but I just feel like this is a base color than a finished piece. I do like the colors, though. Nice muted tones.

The soft blending used to color the boots is very effective, very leather-like. I think that perhaps you should have attempted to place more highlights on the hilt of the sword, I think that would enhance that panel enormously. Good skin toning otherwise. (Lady Death is supposed to be that color) Sky looks good. The detail on the monster's tendons is convincing, and the stippled color pattern on the rock wall adds a lot of realism.
