Personally,i was rooting for the Vet Cong.Because they were the lesser of two evils.And the Viet Cong actually stood for something noble.No argument to this comment is valid.

yeah i had the same bias too. For a WARRIOr viewpoint- Waffen are elite soldiers- Viet Cong are armed civilians.

Waffen SS soldiers should not be confused with their SS counterparts. The Waffen SS were the elite soldiers the Hiler's Germany and almost always found in the thickest of the fighting. On the other hand SS detachments carried out the mass murders of the Holocaust. Also, the VC murdered and tortured plenty of people. They were cowards, at least the Waffen SS had the courage to fight.
