~~~~~
Personality: Tudor is an independent, nomadic character. He is wise, given how long he has been alive, but has always desired to find the one person who knows how to rid him of his mortality and his frightening visage. He's very protective of those he cares about and will do anything he can to remove his loved ones from harm's way, even to the point of using himself as a shield to protect them.
Strengths:
  • Super Strength: Having succumbed to his own hubris, he was cursed with his current form, turning him into the strongest "man" alive, far surpassing even the most gifted athletes. With this strength, there is almost nothing he cannot lift, nothing he cannot move, and nothing that can move him.
  • Immortality: Tudor is immortal, as far as he knows. If someone cuts off a limb of his, he can just stick it back on and wait for it to regrow. If he takes what would be assumed as a fatal injury, he brushes it off and treats it as if it were nothing. This has caused for him to become the "Unbreaking Protector" that people know him as.
  • Guise of Valor: A rather unique ability that Tudor has is the "Guise of Valor", a unique state of mind that he puts people into whenever they look at him. If he considers someone a friend, they will feel safe and comforted. If he considers someone a threat, they will have an overwhelming amount of fear inside them. Not even the bravest have overcome this fear.
Weaknesses:
  • Immortality: While immortality is his greatest strength, it is also his greatest weakness. He has lived a long life and has grown tired of it. That being said, he cannot seem to find a way to make himself a "mortal" again.
  • Speed: Because of Tudor's size and mass, he is not very fast. Though he is ridiculously athletic, he is rather slow and generally finds that his running speed is the same as his walking speed.
  • Terrible Liar: Tudor is honest to a fault. He found that lying never really benefited him and grew a habit of being truthful, even if it was not in his favor.
  • True Pacifist: ONLY if it is absolutely 100% necessary will Tudor ever engage in a fight. He has a great disdain for conflict and would try to avoid it if at all possible. This would even go so far as to him deciding not to fight, but take many hits instead.
Story: Having grown up as a boastful, haughty, prideful human, Tudor had yearned for power, and to be the best. He was an athletic Pankration wrestler, always seeming to win... always seeming to get the award for his athleticism. Yet, he wanted more. After hearing of a visit from a sorceress, he sought her out and demanded that she make him the strongest person alive. The sorceress, after being threatened by him, put a curse on him, to which, the more prideful he became, the more beast-like he would appear, yet the more powerful he would become. Not even a week had passed since the encounter, and Tudor had already turned into the frightening visage of the minotaur. He had lost all sense of his humanity, however, being so caught up in the euphoria of his power, that he destroyed cities, wreaked havoc on people, and went on rampages all around the country he lived in. He was one murder away from losing himself completely until the sight of a crying little girl snapped him back into reality. He realized that he had caused her grief and then realized that he was no longer himself... nor was he no longer human. He had become a true monster... a monster that was true to his boastful pride.
He sought out the sorceress again, but he could never find her, so he vowed to continue his search for her, or someone who was strong enough to break this curse of his, all the while righting the wrongs that he had done. As ages passed, he became a legendary hero, coming to those in need, protecting villages and people from harm, and constantly seeking retribution for his past actions.
