Yup thanx...Found those last night... I'm used to work with programs that have context menues on right click and such.. I'm sure once i do a few tutorials it'll be fine. I've worked only with Bryce for too long.. It's become natural to me, so everything else seems alien.. Apart from sketchup which I picked up and pretty much mastered in 1 afternoon, but that is also very user friendly.

Awesome ,... well I am looking forward to see your work then . It was very hard for me at the start , There were a few tutorials and It took me over two weeks to make a snow man ! hehe and you know that is like five balls and a cone , frustrating at max . I dont know much of Bryce , I saw its screen shot , GUI , indeed looks very friendly , hey mean while I may check that out .

If you care I would add some star drives for no charge ! She has old SC cell CJ drives . With new drives you'd be happier all you need is to attach it whereever you like . Check out stars drives and let me know which one you like .

With most of my starships, I use the warp-jump concept where the ship is only in warp for a very short period of time: a fraction of a second to a few seconds at most. Time is required before each jump to charge up the warp-jump generators and time is required after each jump to determine the ship's exact new location. Lower tech level starships in my universes may only make one jump every few days while those at higher tech levels may be able to make several jumps each day. Thus, my ships have no "speed-per-hour" statistics. More information about the star-faring technology I use for my designs can be found on my hobby website at [link]

I appreciate your detailed and enthusiastic reply. I am just using the FTL warp-jump concpet as it was portrayed in old SF novels by Issac Asmiov and James White. I am not knowledgeable enough about the topic to know if such a concept really makes sense from a scientific or engineering point of view.
