I'm here on behalf of #SelfTaughtArtist because your piece was in the group's critique requested folder. You got a big improvement compared to your previous works. The coloring is done well, the detail on the hair is very impressive. but you need to work on the wrinkle of the scarf (and the ear). Overall it is a nicely done artwork.

Aside from my opinion that the eyes lack a little depth, I think this is pretty nice!

Thank you very much for the constructive critique ! I've come from anime/manga roots...so it's hard to get that realistic depth. Any pointers on that? ^_^

Any pointers? You could try looking up realistic eye drawing tutorials on YouTube. That really helps. With the right shading and the adding of more wrinkles around the eyes you could achieve the effect. o:

Drawing ears sucks and I s'pose the only critical thing I have to say is to put a bit more suggested detail on that. That's it!
