hi my fans ^^

A new painting with my favorit model "Rachel Bilson", I like to paint her, she's a very good model, she inspires me all the time.

feature : using photoshop cs 3, wacom bamboo (I hope I'll have one day the cintiq, and I will!!).

method :
- paint with brush tool, using colors' original picture (pipette tool).

- Then the hair (the really really difficult part of the picture).
To do it, I use orio's tuto [link] and other instructions that I found on the web..

Principal technical :
choose a hard round 3 ( or start with size 5 and decrease), do the same with opacity (start at 100% and decrease ...70% 50% 30%), then draw with freeform pen tool and right clik / stroke path / ok (with Simulate pressure option selected). (clic droit / contour du tracé/ ok)

- then the background!
If you have a good original picture as professional photo (portrait on foreground and gaussian blur on background) it's easy.
Use filter : surface blur ( flou de surface), then reduce noise (reduction de bruit) and final, use crosshatch (croisillons)

I hope you like my works, I know I have many things to learn but...if you watch my first first creations, you see differences. I want to improve my skill again and again, no limit
